What is the typical turnaround time for orders?
- Turnaround time for ready to ship items is typically 2-4 business days, excluding holidays. For made to order items, it is typically 3-5 business days, excluding holidays. Unless otherwise stated in product description. Bulk and wholesale orders may have longer turnaround times.
- Order times may fluctuate up to 10 business days during holidays, new releases, and/or peak sale times. We will reach out to you as soon as possible should we run into any issues when preparing your order.
What is a freshie?
- Aroma beads that are scented with fragrance oils and cured. Once cured, they are colored and baked into shapes and decorated.
Where are freshies used?
- Anywhere you’d like to add a scent! They are commonly known for vehicle fresheners but are great for any room in your house, lockers, closets, trash cans, and more.
How long do freshies last?
- Generally, freshies last between 4-6 weeks,but each one can last longer depending on the scent, environmental conditions, and the size of the freshie.
- Please note: You may become nose blind after time, but others will still smell the scent.
What happens if my package is lost?
- Hoosier Custom Keepsakes LLC ships through USPS and are NOT responsible for your package once it is accepted by the shipping carrier. This includes but not limited to delays, damages, and theft after delivery. You must contact the carrier for help should any of these situations occur.
Can I return my order for a refund?
- Unfortunately, Hoosier Custom Keepsakes LLC cannot accept returns or allow refunds.
