Shipping policy

Hoosier Custom Keepsakes LLC ships through USPS and are NOT responsible for your package once it is accepted by the shipping carrier.  This includes but not limited to delays, damages, and theft after delivery.  You must contact the carrier for help should any of these situations occur.  

Turnaround time for ready to ship items is typically 2-4 business days, excluding holidays.  For made to order items, it is typically 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.  Unless otherwise stated in product description.  Bulk and wholesale orders may have longer turnaround times.  

Order times may fluctuate up to 10 business days during holidays, new releases, and/or peak sale times.  We will reach out to you as soon as possible should we run into any issues when preparing your order.
